Submitting a claim is a straightforward and speedy process. Just give us a call at +356 2744 0256, or complete the appropriate claim form available on our website. Send the form, along with any necessary supporting documents mentioned below, to our office. Motor Insurance Claims

Front-To-Rear form (if applicable) fully completed, dated and signed, or wardens|police report number.

Valid (European) driving license.

Photos from the time of accident.

Clear photos of all damage to your vehicle.

Any other relevant documentation you may have.
Home Insurance Claims

Supporting documentation such as purchase receipt (when available) or valuation; estimate of repair or replacement.

Health Insurance Claims

Health insurance claim form fully completed, dated and signed.

Original receipts such as stamped general practitioner|specialist receipt or receipt issued by the clinic or hospital.

Copy of the results of any diagnostic tests (if you were referred) such as blood tests, x-ray, ultrasound, ECG, mammogram, bone density and other similar tests.

Any other relevant documentation you may have.
Travel Insurance Claims
